If I'm trying to dial an extension say 15344 and get a busy what would be some reasons why if I have it assigned to a DN and phone?

Where abouts do you get the fast busy?
Is after the first digit or after all dialed digits?

After the last digit dialed, which is the 5 digit in my case. We have other 5 digits setup like 3xxxx, 8xxxx, ...
