Help guys,

I have a 760 series router which I use for web access and email. I have recently changed my Website Host to one which gives me better service for my site and gives me a SMTP mail box.
However, it gives me a static IP address and as such when I collect my email I have to use their dial up number which is a billed line.

I have a free phone account with an ISP though and would like to know how (or IF)I can configure my router to use one number for collecting email and the other free number for web access?

Don't let me down guys.....I know someone can help me out!!!!!

You can set your router up to just dial the free ISP and still collect mail from your other ISP's POP box! The only thing you can't do is send mail to that ISP's SMTP mail server! So, set your mail client up to pick mail up from the other ISP's POP box but send outgoing mail though the free ISP's SMTP server.

I do this with all my mail accounts! I connect to my free ISP but collect mail from freeUK and gmx. When I'm sending mail from either my freeUK or gmx accounts I send it to my free ISP's smtp server.

Easy!

Chris.
