Brand new IP Office 500v2 with 9.0.3 (SP3/941) software + Manager software. Required to use dial-up only over PRI circuit. I can access System Status, and Monitor but cannot receive the config through Manager. I get an error failed to login to IP Office. I did have access at one point, but then one day could no longer connect. Anyone have any idea?

Dial-up connection unable to access Manager programming

amriddle you're so smart...I actually always say when all else fails reboot...I don't know why I didn't think of that. So, I shutdown the system with SSA and had the Client pull the plug and re-insert. I was able to login, but didn't seem to make a difference because eventually I couldn't login again. To be sure all was clear, I disconnected my wireless connection, closed Monitor & SSA along with anything else I may have had open (even Manager); also disconnected the dial-up, re-dialed in, opened Manager and logged in...damn slow but received the config (friggin POTS). Still was dodgy, however after several attempts logged in again. Seemed to happen no matter what: login sometimes, not able to login other times. Just strange Monitor & SSA I can login no problems
