Dial "O" from stations getting fast busy. 4

Can't seem to program the stations to be able dial "O" to reach the recp. which is at X-224. When pressing the INTECOM button and getting inside dial tone I dial "0" and get a fast busy.

Do I need to assign an OPER extension or redirect calls to ")" to that ext?

Unless you have set it up for 0 it is an invalid number. Your key system is looking for 3 digits starting with 221.

You need to assign a one-touch dial key. I do not have my manuals handy, but I believe it is under System Programming.

Yes its under Direct Dial under the CICS you can only have one Direct Dial Number which is assigned under System > Direct Dial The set has to be enabled to call also under Capabilities in Direct Set. On the larger systems you can have more than one set that can be reached by dialing 0. It would be set up under these 2 places. I think by default all sets go to 221
