Hi all. I wonder if someone might be able to lend me some assistance.
I have an Option11 that has some 10 ground start lines connected to it. Outbound calling goes out these lines.
Recently, I have connected to the Option11 a VoIP system (Asterisk based) via a T1 interface. All of our inbound calling comes through this VoIP system as it is connected to the Telco via an additional T1 interface.
Calls between the Option11 and the VoIP system are working fine using a CDP directing 8XXX to the T1 between the 2 systems.
The last piece of the puzzle is what has me stumped. I want to redirect outbount calls from the Option11 to also go via the VoIP system but I have no idea where to even begin.
Any help would be appreciated.
