Dial Paging to Hunt Group over SCN

Site A - main site - has a hunt group ext. 1790 with 1608 IP sets as members - hunt group is set for collective ring mode

Local system short code on Site A - *790 Tel Number is 1790 Feature is Dial Paging - works

Site B - remote site has a system short code *790 Tel Number is 1790 Feature is Dial Paging - Line Group 100 (IP Trunk for SCN)

This was working when implemented - but now the remote site gets a busy signal - display shows "Number Busy"

Both systems - IP500v2 on R8.1.69

Hunt Group 1790 has users logged in and available - they ring if you just call 1790 (Hunt group is advertised)

The only thing I can think of that has been done is the Manager on the Windows server has been updated to the latest R8.1 Manager suite, but the systems have not been updated yet. The Windows server is providing the necessary files to the sets via http and the power was lost in the building with the IP sets. So when they came back up they loaded the latest software.

I have show the trace from the remote (B) system for a user dialing the *790 code.

this is an scn so numbering needs to be unique, I understand it used to work but change on site b to another number

Change the short code to another number on site B? Hunt Group ext. 1790 only exists on site A.
