Dial-in server

I have 2003 server and I want to create a dial-in server where users can dial my number, connect, and access the internet thru my T-1 connection attached to the server.

Can this be done?

Yes, set up Routing and Remote Access for your modem or - option 2 - in network properties you can add your modem as dial-in device.
RRAS is the preferred way but somehow it didn't work for me at a customer.
