Hello everybody!!
I just setting up an Auto Attendant with Voicemail Pro 8.1,everything works well,but as did on Embedded Voicemail,i want let the caller the choice to dial the extension in case he know it... the prompt sound like this: If you know the extension of the Person you call,just do it now!
Have someone know how do do it on VMPRO Server??

if extensions are 2xx on the auto attd menu add 2?? then connect to a transfer action and do not forget to add the $key under the specific action

Your explanation was clear,but unfortunetly i did it,it does'nt work...
Let me tell You,its gonna be on the touch tones bar on menu action that i must add the 1xx number?

on the menu add 1?? to the selection, then create a transfer action and on the transfer action under specific hit the icon and then select $Key, then connect the menu to the transfer action with a line then SAVE AND MAKE LIVE remember if someone is in voicemail the change will not take place until all voicemail ports are idle

I believe you can program a call record button on phone and I believe recording will go into your mailbox.

My first try make me goes on that path: C/ProgFiles/Avaya?IP Office/Voicemail Pro/VM/Account and choose the name of extension who have been made recording the call!! I just want to do it goes on of the user's email!!!
Do You got an Idea???
 
If I understand you correctly, sounds like you have voice mail to email enabled correct? if so the person who records the call it will go to his or her email as a wave file attachment, click on it from email to listen.

what set up you asked about call recording and I told you so what set up, just program a call record button on users phone
