I would like to set up dial by name. I have an ACD set up on my Nortel PBX which points to the DN of my CallPilot (version 2.01) server.

Does anyone know what I need to do next? Thanks!!!

Are you trying to give an option to dial by name? You can do this through any menu service, just assign one of the press-offs to a thru dial (and choose dial by name).
