Got vm pro. Dial by name directory not working correctly when trying to find users of same last name. Any thoughts? Dial by name otherwise works fine but can't select right person if their are two or more with same last name. Just gives me the first one in alphabetical order I think

dial by name when same last name?

If both users have set up their mailboxes, including going in through *17 and recording their name, the DBN directory should say "Press 1 for John Smith. Press 2 for Jane Smith
