Hello all, hope that everyone had a great holiday season. Question: is it possible for the dial by name feature in the PBX to work if your VM system is an Octel Serenade? I ask because as you know that the extension must be included in the name field of the station form. Thanks In Advance.

Sure..depending on how you list your stations..we use them this way:
Collins, 75432 Chris
works just fine this way....
