My CP150 has an auto-attendant with a dial-by-extension prompt(all extensions are 3 digits). Unfortunately, the timeout is so short (2 seconds), that if you pause briefly when dialing, it grabs the 1st number and routes to the closest associated prompt. For Example, you want to dial extension 327; but you pause briefly while entering. The system thinks you just entered 3, and thus it routes the call to option 3 - Human Resources. Does anyone know how to extend the digit timeout? I can't find it in my CP150 manual nor my Meridian manual. It's gotta be there somewhere...

your app is built wronge.. if the 1st digit of your ext in 3, you have to use opt 3 on the menu and reuse the digit.. you can not have an ext 327 and an opt 3 at the same level..

if the recording says "dial the ext now".. all the 1st digits of your ext are used at that level of the menu,,

if the recording says "to dial by ext press 1" then you can have ext 0xx thru 9xx...
