I've a problem at one of my customer with the dial by directory. A particular user works from home, and dials in to speak to someone, doesn't know the extension and uses the directory. After he goes through the prompts to enter the needed info, the call attempts to transfer out of the VM, but then the line goes dead. The Octel folks tell me the VM is fine, the problem is in the PBX (Meridian SL1). Any ideas? Thanks In Advance.
