Good morning working on a new switch (Nortel Option61C)and I have come accross this problem some users are dialing 8 and others are dialing 9 for long distance. Not all long distance is allowed one way or another or a mix to dial some numbers and Would it be very difficult to make it possible that all users dial 9 for long distance

prt your NET_DATA in 21 and see what falls under AC1 & AC2 for starters, NPA should fall under AC1 (9), I don't know if NPA can be under both AC1 & AC2, if it can be, remove it from whichever one you don't want AFTER you research out RLIs, SPNs DMIs. prt SPNs in 90, see if RLIs are tricked out with DMIs to chg dial strings

go in LD 20 PRT the DNB for 8 & 9 and post will give us a starting block probably like bigindian says will be your AC1 & 2. Once you know which is which you know where to start looking

Have nortel option 61c and there is acd group that is no longer needed and is tieing up some tnb's i could use for regular desktop number. I have tryed to out the numbers but I am unable to use the command with any success. Do I need to located a main number associated with the acd group and then start to remove one at a time in a order? if so how can I find out which number is the main number? thanks

All members of that ACD group will have to be de-assigned from that ACD q prior to deleting it. PRT the ACD DN in ld 11 or 20 and all the agent phones that are logged into it will spit out. go to each of those sets and log them into a different queue, then remove q in ld 23.

when I say logged into it, I mean associated with it on key zero, not logged into it at this time, but if it was the last queue they were in, they are members there of, and that is what needs changed.

out the sets then the acd group.. in 20 when you print the acd dn you will see the members of the group.. if you idu those sets you willl see if those phone are still out there just not logging in

James when you have a new question you should start a new Thread, it makes it very confusing to follow 2 questions in 1 thread.

What Ver/Rls is this Option 61?
