Hi Guys I hope you are all well

My senario is as follows, for a couple of weeks I need to deliver "dial 0" to remote cosoles on an Erikkson system, when we migrate enough useres from that the consoles will be on the Ayavay system.

I have a multi location system with gateways in 6 countries, i use tenant partitions so each of the countries have their own console, this all works fine.

My problem is understanding how to deliver the UK dial 0 to the qsig link. I have tried to create Attendant vectoring and added the VDN to the tenant partition. in the Vector i have a wait step and a route to step to the remote console number that is routed via uniform dial plan to aar and across the qsig link.

If I call the VDN it seems to route ok, If I dial 0 list trace shows me it queues for the attendant group on the Avaya system

Any Ideas?

Hi Guys

Found my mistake, on the Console form

DID-LDN Only to LDN Night Ext? n
this was set to yes and stoped the dial 0

also on the tenant form had to have the VDN set against the night service
