Hi,

I have a S8300/g450 in the UK and an LSP/g450 in Switzerland.

My problem is that the guys in the UK want to press 0 for operator which is fine and the guys in Switzerland dial 0 for an outside line!!

I have tried to set this up in the 'change locations' screen by doing the following:

Location 1 (UK)
ARS FAC = 9
Attd FAC = 0

Location 2 (Switzerland)
ARS FAC = 0

Location 1 can dial 0 and route through to the operators no problem but when one of my phones in location 2 presses 0 i get a denial tone.

I have tried using the 'change dialplan analysis location 2' command but you can only send this to a UDP table and in the UDP table can only set this up as an extension!!!

Has anybody ever tried this before and if so can you help me?

Thanks in advance.
