Regards.

I'm sure you're all familiar with 'Relationship' option in Access, which draws a diagram of all tables and relationships between them. Now I'm wondering, if there's any other program that is capable of displaying tables and relationships between them in print-friendly output. I have a very large database and I don't mind typing all the table and column names again as long as I can print it on one big A2 paper so coodevelopers could always have a clear picture of what are they doing on the wall. Thank you!

You should be able to do it in VISIO. I believe Visio will even create the diagram from you Access database. It has been awhile but I believe Visio will do a best guess and you can modify as needed.

I used ERWIN (data modelling tool). But you have to enter the data again. When you print it, it will give you the option to enter if you want to fit in in one page or not.

My method takes a few minutes, but works great. I screen capture each segment of the Relationships, paste and trim them up in Paint, using one opened Paint to assemble the image, and then import into MS Word and send to an 11 x 17 printer. Give me an email and I'll send you a resulting Word doc with tables in them.
