DHCP service Stops

A Mac computer is shutting down my DHCP server.

Event viewer sasy it has encountered another server. Then stops the DHCP on windows 2000 server.

I know nothing about Mac's and the owner of the Mac knows nothing about networking or computers.

any Ideas

It sounds like your mac computer is running some sort of DHCP server, i would unplug it from your network til you can work out how to disable it. I dont know anything about macs really so you would be better of posting in this forum forum604
