We have encountered a problem when we reboot our W2003 Servers. The Scope Options on Server01 disappear. This has happened the last 2 times the server was rebooted.

We can go back in and readd the options and all is well....

We run DHCP on 2 servers... The Scope Options are identical... One keeps the options and the other one doesn't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like DHCP database is corrupted on the server in question. Dump your DHCP configuration using the NETSH command (W2K3). Remove DHCP from the server, deleted the database files and backups. Reinstall DHCP and import the dump file.

Backup
NETSH dhcp server \\servername dump > backup.txt

Restore
NETSH exec backup.txt
