DHCP Scope Admin delegation?

We are creating a Windows 2003 server with multiple DHCP scopes provided by it.

Is there any possible way to limit access to some of these scopes by AD groups? Meaning for one scope range we want to give access to a certain admin group, but we dont want them messing with others?

I saw a MS bulletin saying its not possible - so wondering if anybody knew of any workarounds/tweaks/3rd party tools to accomplish this?

As far as I know, you can delegate DHCP administration to groups other than Enterprise Administrators, but not limit this control to specific DHCP scopes (and not other DHCP scopes).
