DHCP move

Hi,

I plan to upgrade our domain from NT to win2000. I will add a new PC, install Winnt on it as a BDC and the promote it to PDC and upgrade it to Win2000.
On the the current Winnt domain controller, which I would like to eliminate after the upgrade, we are running DHCP server. What would be the best way to move the DHCP server to the new computer after the upgrade.
