DHCP Manager apparently doesn't display all the addresses leased 1

In several of our DHCP scopes, the number of addresses shown as 'In use' in the 'Display Statistics' option isn't matched by the addresses shown as leased in the 'Address Leases' display. For example, one scope says that 96 of 101 addresses are in use, but only 8 leases are shown in the 'Address Leases' pane. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but I'd appreciate a steer. Thanks.
 
Have you tried to do a refresh in the dhcp lease windows pane?

I hope that helps
 
In DHCP right-click on the scope and choose reconcile. Then hit the verify button.
