DHCP Error 1

I was looking at my event viewer under system log for my server and noticed that over the last couple of days I have been getting this same error.
"The DHCP server encountered the following error when cleaning up the user database: The system cannot find the file specified"
What file is it looking for, and is this a really bad thing? All seems to still be working fine though, so I am not stressed at this point just a little bit concerned.
