DHCP error and DHCP not loaded

Hey all,

I have a Win2k SP4 server that is filling up the System Log with the following error:

"The DHCP/BINL service has determined that it is not authorized to service clients on this network for the Windows domain: domain.com. "

DHCP is not even installed on this server (I've double-checked in Services and Add/Remove Programs), so what is causing this error to show up in my event log???

Do you have the DHCP admin tool available on that machine? Pop it open and see if you see a unauthorized server in the tool.
