Device Support Patch - QO51596

We have an installation on Arcserve 7 for Netware and have just applied device Support Patch QO51596. We then had big problems.!!

We received error message "E6955 extend changer IE port error: a1" whenever we try to import/export tapes etc. As a result, we have rolled back to our previous files.

Has anyone else had these problems ? Does anyone know what causes this ?
