Developing on Local XP IIS CF 7.0 - site root problems?!?!

I am in the middle of working on a project for a client and I recently found out I will be traveling - I would like to be able to do some development while I am in transit.

My typical development environment is CF 7.0.2 running on Win2k3 IIS. I run Dreamweaver on my client machine and FTP files over as I change them.

I have installed both IIS and CF 7 Developer Edition on my laptop.

The problem I am having is, when I try to reference images or links by "/images/logo.gif" the file cannot be found on my laptop because it is looking at c:\inetpub\ and that file does not exist. It is located in a virtual directory under the
I hope this makes sense, but is there a way to set it up so that within my virtual directory, when i reference "/" it will be to the virtual directory root and not the of iis?

Forgot to add:

On my typical environment, I have the site setup in IIS with host headers and relating maps in my host file.
