Determining page break VBA coding

Hi,
I want to create a side banner on each page of a (dynamic)running Excel sheet. The sheet could be anywhere from 1 to 20 pages printout. How can I do this with vba coding or is there a way??

Add your banner to proper header/footer section.

That would be for headers or footers. Essentially, I want to merge the cells at the leftmost column from top pagebreak to bottom pagebreak and then have text orientation at 90 degrees...a side banner that is repeated on every page. The report is generated from another program and could have variable cell heights and x number of rows.

Hi,

If you View/Page Break Preview, you can see where page breaks occur.

It appears that you will need to paste the side banner into each page IF and only IF your page breaks are VERTICAL.

However, if your page breaks are HORIZONTAL, in File/Page Setup - Sheet Tab, you can choose COLUMNS to repeat at left.
