How are people getting reports on the amount of traffic going to their existing Voice Gateway Media cards? I need to add more VOIP users and I would like to see how much traffic is comming accross the cards through out the day epsecially if there are any "All Busy" times.
I know there is a formula created but I would like to see my actual stats.

CS1000M
Rls. 5.00

Presumably you would like to know whether you have enough DSPs to handle the additional IP phones.

The TFC012 traffic report will give you a count of how many times a DSP was assigned and how many times a call was blocked because there wasn't a DSP available. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to show actual usage in CCS which would be useful.

Never looked at it before myself. The book says it is for CS1000E but I'm guessing it will work on any system that has VGMC TNs.

Ok, thanks I will have to see about using it. It appears that we are allready are using it but not for measuring traffic accross the DSPs, thanks for the information.
