I am a contract worker and goes to a client site regularly. I am given free access to the internet. However, I am a little weary that my confidential account informations and emails could be secretely recorded by keystroke checker and spywares.

How can I can I find out if they are installed? Can anyone give any suggestion as to a good softwares(NT or Win2K) to warn me of possible breach? This computer is for my full use but it is left at client including the password. TIA>

Adaware is good at finding and removing spyware ( For keystroke detection I'd guess there would need to be a process/service running to support this - so check on services/processes running.
