Details Template for Global Address Book

Recently after the migration from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007 I have found that I cannot access the properties of users in the Global Address Book. I receive the error: The properties of this dialog box cannot be displayed. Microsoft Exchange server is not confiured to support details templates in your language (English). I checked the exchange server and indeed English is installed. I then tried to set the Details template through Power Shell using the Set-DetailsTemplate -Identity en-us\Contact command to which I receive d the response: The command completed successfully but no settings of 'en-US\Contact' have been modified.

Any suggestions anyone?
