Please,
I need to embed a button in my form that will allow my online subscribers attach their CV with the click of this button on the online form. This button will behave exactly like when you are attaching a document in Yahoo or hotmail. I need help from anybody that has done this in the past or that has any experience

Use a FILE input box: <INPUT TYPE=FILE NAME=FILE1>
and then upload that file to your web server. See
