Company was using Great Plains 6.x. There are 10 users allowed, only one user set up, but they are logged in to a compnay and inactive. There has to be a way to kill the login session, but I do not know what it is, all of the searching in the world led me here (thank god). Being that it is an old version I believe that explains the lack of help I can find.

We are migrating to a new system, but I need to make this system accesible to the finance people. ANy assistance is appreciated.

There is a screen for maintaining user sessions.

Setup > System > User Activity

From this screen, you can delete the inactive logins.

You can also do this in Query Analyzer on the Dynamics database Delete activity where userid = 'username'

Thanks!
