Is there a way to disable users from forwarding voicemail messages to email addresses? I want to control the size of our mailboxes and voice messages tend to become large.

you can set up a class with x minutes of storage and not allow msg if they are full, that should break them, a full box can not rec a msg, not sure about size limits, when i have users that abuse their voice mail, simply delete all their saves msg's.. then cut back opn their storage size

Thanx. But the issue I'm working on is restricting the users from forward VM messages from Desktop Messaging to an email address. When this is done the VM message is converted to a WAV file which can be rather large.

you can have the mail administrator do the same thing in the mail server, blocking of files larger then x is an option. after the files is sent to the desktop, it is a wav and no longer within the control of mail server, i have seen administrator block sending files of a certain ext.. ie you can send .txt ... can't send .wav .jpg (.porn)

Do you have multiple sites? If not you can remove the SMTP server info on the Call Pilot server and that will stop them from sending messages outside of the CP server. This will also stop VPIM and Remote Text Messaging so you will need to be careful with this command.
