desktop messaging

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure desktop messaging and when I launch outlook and input my MB and password I get a "unable to access system resources on the server" error.

I checked knowledge base and it had me try:
Two options are available:

1. Uninstall 23S and install 18S.

2. Uninstall 23S and 16C and reinstall them

But that didn't help....Any ideas

open the CP trace tool on the User PC that you are trying this from, see what messages you are getting. It might give you some more info.
