I would like to setup call pilot desktop messaging but our call pilot server is on a different network segment from our desktop computers (cp server is on 10.1.11.101, cpu's are on 10.3.0.0), the server is plugged into a hub which also connects our switch so they two can communicate, can anyone suggest a way to make this work?

You may have to set up a L3 Switch and have them routed?

Your CallPilot should have 2 IP addresses, an ELAN (to talk to the PBX) and a CLAN (for access by desktops on your network). Make sure the CLAN is connected to your network, and that the ELAN is separate.

Thanks for the responses!!! I look at the Call Pilot server (which plugs into the switch like a card) it has on pcmcia network card install, but I don't see a place add another.
