I'm not sure, but I don't think there's a way to do it with the P&D Wizard. However, you can accomplish this thru code. Here is how Microsoft suggests to do it.

Ironically, I just posted this to another person who wanted to know how to add a Uninstall icon to their Program in the Program Group. Here it is:
There is a program called Inno Setup that you can download and use "FREE" even for commercial use. The creator of Inno Setup, Jordan Russel, does have a place on the site where you can send money if you wish. The base amount is $10.00.
You have the option while creating your setup to add an Icon to the Quick Start Menu, place an Uninstall ICon in the Program Group, place a link to a website in the Program Group, & etc. It is a VERY NICE SETUP app IMHO. Well worth a $10.00 donation. Rob
