Deployment Question???

I would like my setup to install over the current version of my ASP.NET application. However, whenever I try to run the new setup, I get the following message:

"Another version of this product is installed....."

Setup Project Properties:
DetectNewereInstalledVersion = True
RemovePreviousVerssions = True

What can I do to the setup project to allow an install over my current web application?
