Deploying/Installing a new Web Site on intranet

I am deploying a new web site on our intranet all seems well except when I try to browse the site in IIS I get the following error:

HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Where do i set the execute permissions mentioned and for whom ASPNET IUSER....
