I have set up the remote installion for .msi installs but I would like to do remote installs of .exe. Has anyone out there done this with just the 2003 server software? Is it even possible. From the documentation I have seen it doesn't look like it. If it isn't possible with the server software would SMS be able to do it?

Thanks for the help!

The best option is to install Veritas Wininstall LE which can be found in the ValueAdd folder of any Win2k CD on a stand alone freshly configured W2k PC. Run the pre-discovery wizard, pointing it to the network share from where you would like to install your software, run the setup or exe, run the post setup discovery wizard and now you should have a .msi which you can install through AD and Group Policy.
