Deploying ASP applications

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of any products (or articles) that assist in deploying ASP applications? I've had very little luck finding anything like this. I'm looking for a tools that helps in creating a deployment package that will do things such as run SQL scripts to install a database from a backup, register com components, create IIS site, setting permissions, etc, and allows the user to enter a few configuration related information (paths, user accounts, etc). We have an intranet based app that we're going to be deploying at several locations and want to ease the burden on the local administrators.

You could maybe create a .VBS script to make your IIS application by editing the IIS metabase... and then tie it all together using Inno Setup.

Inno is free and open source, it takes about 2 hours to teach yourself by reading the help files and experimenting but once the light-bulb in your head lights up you've got a very powerful setup/config tool.
