Deploying a web application in visual studio standard edition

I have visual studio.net standard edition with vb. I am trying to deploy a web application.

From the file menu I click:
File > Add Project > New Project > Setup & Deployment Projects > but then I do not have a template for Web Setup Project, Only "Setup Project".

Is this an option that is not included in the standard edition?

you should see the web setup option.

Are you by any chance using the stripped down version of VS which only has VB on it?
