Denial Event 1189 - Dialling TAC's 1

Hello,

I have a problem when dialling out using a trunk access code. We have about 10 trunk groups all set the same. I can dial out using every other trunk access code apart from 1.
I have done a list trace on the station (see below results).

Any ideas?

You can't dial out on an ISDN trunk group using a TAC.

Yes they are all ISDN's. Don't get any problem dialling out from those. Just 1 in particular.

Just wondered if the denial event meant anything in particular!

i have encountered the same problem with E1 SS7 isdn trunk. only works on dial 9.now i know why it doesnt work on TAC.

Have you tried using a 'verify ' button instead?

The denial event on the list trace mentions unspecified D1 check your signaling channel/group, also check the DS1 board settings.

Check out the trunk-form. The field 'dial access' should be set to yes.

To be honest I think that this has something to do with our Service Provider.
All the setup is the same between the ones I can dial out using DAC and the ones I cannot.
