I'm trying to setup Avaya IP Softphone in RoadWarrior mode to be used for our HelpDesk call center. I have the TN801B card installed and on the same VLAN and subnet mask as our network and phone switch. When I do a list trace once I have the IP Softphone connected to the switch, I get this:

denial event 1644: Orig block/invalid digits D1=0x7 D2=0x23f
active station 280 cid 0x23f
denial event 2314: No channel resources D1=0x7f000019 D2=0x23f
denial event 2314: No channel resources D1=0x7f000019 D2=0x23f

Anyone have any ideas what is causing this? If you need more info, let me know. Thanks in advance!

You can not use the IP Softphone for ACD Agents. You need to purchase the Avaya IP Agent software and license.

actually you can use IP softphone for agents. We have both here and I caught a few agents just using the softphone (in telecommuter mode) and loging in just like an agent on a hard phone. Once I saw our agent doing this I also tried it and was able to log on to the ACD.

Not sure what a TN801B is, but you need both a Medpro TN2302, and a Clan TN799 to make roadwarrior work. I think you could use the old "prowler" boards, but I'm not familiar with those.
