I just demoted a DC that was also a GC (I do have another one)and now when people open up outlook it is asking for there username, password and domain. When i put in the correct info it says that they are incorrect. Anyone have any ideas what I should do?

You say "I do have another one"...please define what other one it is you have.

Exchange has to be able to talk to a GC to work. If you have another DC but it's not a GC, then that's your problem.

I have another GC. What I did was re add the computer to the domain and restarted. That worked.
