Delta Server Questions

I have a customer running Delta Server 5.0.23, and I would like to update it to 5.0.30.

- Can I just install the Delta Server from the CBC directory on the Admin CD, or do I need to reinstall the whole CCC Suite?

The reason for the upgrade, the CID is not showing up on reports under ICLID, only the trunk number (9160, 9161, etc.).

Yes, you can just install DeltaServer by itself. You must first uninstall the old one. That's the Avaya way!

I would rename the exe and drop the new one into the DS folder, stop the service first.
