Delphi 2007 and BDE

Upgrading exising project to from Delphi 2005 to Delphi 2007 I found that I can't open BDE connection - "Your application is not enabled for use with this driver". What am I supposed to enable?
I created new project with TDatabase using BDE alias - the same problem.
Please help.
