Delivering mails on our secondary gateway

It seems one of our customers are delivering mail through our secondary gateway but not the main gateway. They send mail via TLS connection which we refuse, however our ISP said we can accept TLS connections.

Error message is

Your document: test Oct 12 from GSK
was not delivered to: richard.davis@xxxxxxxx.co.uk
because: 451 Remote connection lost - psmtp


That's not an optimal solution but if they can rely on the secondary MX record then it can temporary work.

Any ideas? Thanks
