I'm searching for a touchscreen deli solution. Im just wondering has anyone got any recommendations. I need a touchscreen pad at the deli that prints off a bar code with the product and price on it. When the product is brought to the point of sale the barcode is scanned and the item sold.
Any suggestions?

Consider a scale with intergrated barcode printer such as the tec sl66. This will weigh and print the barcodes. Then most retail systems with scanning should be able to scan that barcode at the point of sale. My customers use Catapult for their pos system but use this scale solution because it was already in place from before we started selling scanning pos solutions. Also, with catapult you can intergrate scales and ring up at the pos, but because of software licencing and pricing, it would be a waiste to only use to print barcodes and not finish the transaction at the same location.
