Hi,

I have deleted several user accounts over the past month or so, which have had mailoxes. However, if i look at the First Storage Group Mailboxes, i can still see the mailboxes there, and the last login time etc. The deleted mail retention is set to 3 days, though these accounts were deleted over a month ago.

Question why are they still showing ?? and what can i do to remove them from the database.

Many thanks.

Many Thanks
Yardyy

From the SM, you have to go to the mailbox store, right click and run the cleanup agent. This will red flag the deleted mailboxes and you can then select and delete them.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried that and they have ben flagged, i cannot purge them for some reason...

Stop and restart the IS, or reboot the server.

I will have to schedule a reboot over the weekend for that, I will let you know how i get on.

Have a good weekend.

Many Thanks
