Deleting Mail

I am running OE-6 and lately I can no longer delete mail files. Is there a toggle which may by reset to allow deletion. I looked through all the menus and reloaded IE 6 but still cannot delete mail messages.

how big is your deleted files folder? Sounds like the folders may be corrupted. Check out
